What is the Tango Early Access Program? 

The Tango Early Access Program allows customers to try new functionality before it is generally made available to Tango’s subscriber base. Beta features are in active development and may change based on our observations as well as your feedback and the feedback of others. Your feedback and input help us shape these beta features, but Tango reserves the right to use any feedback, without providing compensation to customer, and no feedback provides customers with any rights in Tango’s beta features or other services.  

What do we expect from you? 

We ask that you share your experience, including what works and what doesn’t. Please take the time to explore the beta features and report your feedback to Tango’s product management team. 

In addition to sharing feedback via email, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to connect directly to better understand how you use the beta features in your workflow. This could include walking us through how you interact with the feature in real time or providing more context on your specific use case and needs. Your insights help us refine the functionality to better serve you. If you're willing to participate in a session, please let us know. 

What are the limitations of beta features? 

Please understand that we provide beta features on a trial basis. Beta features may have limitations, experience downtime, or be changed/removed without notice. By using a beta feature, you acknowledge that it is experimental and that Tango does not guarantee its performance, availability, correctness or completeness. 

Beta features are not covered by Tango’s warranties or service levels, and Tango makes no guarantees regarding the availability or functionality of any beta features. Beta features do not affect the core functionality of the Tango platform. As a result, if a beta feature stops working or has issues, it will not impact the functionality of your Tango products.
